Shipping & Handling policy:
Majority of our items are shipped using Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post).
All orders are processed as soon as possible.
Due to Covid, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays, so please refer to the Australia Post website for updated shipping times. Larger items may be sent with a courier.
We deliver to all of Australia and the USA. If you are outside these two countries feel free to contact us regarding postage.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Incorrect, damaged/faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund (including postage costs or pickup).
Should you change your mind once you have received your order, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit note or exchange. Please contact us for approval. All “change of mind” returns must be returned in a as-new condition, including packaging together with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

The only information we collect is your name, address, phone number and email address, which is only collected to process your order with us. We do not pass your details onto third parties.
Credit Card transactions are processed securely and we do not store any of this information after your purchase has been approved.
